No. ENE01-APRE/58/2023-POWER-II, dt.06.12.2023. 6.From the Vice Chairman & Managing Director, New and Renewable Energy Development Corporation of Andhra Pradesh (NREDCAP), letter No. NREDCAP/WE//Greenko IREP/2023, dt.06.12.2023 & 11.12.2023. *** O R D E R:- In the Government Order 1st read above, Government had approved the proposal of M/s.Greenko Energies Private Limited for establishment of India’s largest Integrated Renewable Energy Project (IREP) at Pinnapuram Village, Panyam Mandal, Kurnool District and also approved the following: i. Approved for establishment of 1000 MW of Solar Energy. ii. Approved for establishment of 550 MW of Wind Energy. iii. Approved for establishment of 1200 MW of standalone pumped storage capacities. iv. Approved for allocation of 1 TMC of water on a non- consumptive basis from the Gorakallu Reservoir as per the Industrial Water Supply policy/guidelines and subject to guidelines issued by the Irrigation Department. v. Approved the overall IREP Scheme and recognition as a “Mega Industrial Project”, thereby facilitating Single Window clearance and facilitation. Greenko Energies Private Limited on outright sale basis as per the latest market value to be fxed by the Revenue Department. vii. The project should be completed within a period of 4 years (48 months) failing which the entire land will be resumed back to Government. 2. Further, in the G.O 2nd read above, certain amendments were made as follows: i. A ‘Green Energy Development Charge’ shall be levied at the following rates. Reverse Pumping Rs.1 lakh/MW installed capacity/year for frst 25 Hydro Project (s) years, and Rs 2 Lakhs/MW installed capacity/year thereafter. Solar/Wind Rs.1 lakh/MW installed capacity /year for 28 Years Project (s) ii. The land rate fxed for alienation in the reference 2nd read above shall be enhanced from Rs. 2.5 lakhs per acre to Rs 5 lakhs per acre. iii. To change the name to “Greenko AP01 IREP Private Limited” with CIN U40200TG2020PTC139744 and Registered Ofce at Plot No.1366, Road No.45, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad-500033, Telangana, India. iv. For advance possession of the required lands in the Project Area for the preliminary and enabling infrastructure development. 3. In the Government Order 3rd read above, Govt. has issued orders reconfguring the capacities allotted under diferent components of IREP project in the name of various Group Companies of M/s. M/s. Greenko AP01 IREP Private Limited vide their letter 4th read above, has requested the Government to accord permission to implement 1500 MW Solar Power Component in the name of M/s. Greenko AP01 IREP Pvt. Ltd. instead of M/s. Greenko AP01 IREP Solar 2 Pvt. Ltd. as the PSP project is nearing completion and availability of lands in and around Pinnapuram village and the PSP project is being implemented in the name of main SPV i.e, M/s. Greenko AP01 IREP Pvt. Ltd.. Further, they have requested for allocation of the revenue lands for 1500 MW Solar Power project in Chennakkapalli Village, Gadivemula Mandal, Nandyal District: Meesapeta and Nagalooty Village, Midthur Mandal, Nandyal District and Uyyalawada Village, Orvakal Mandal, Kurnool District 5. The Government after careful examination has issued orders as follows: i. Accorded approval to implement 1500 MW Solar Power Component in the name of M/s. Greenko AP01 IREP Pvt. Ltd. instead of M/s.Greenko AP01 IREP Solar 2 Pvt. Ltd. ii. Allocation of additional lands is considered at the following villages based on availability of revenue lands. Name of the Allocation of Land Component SPV Allot feasible land from 1272.07 Acres of identifed lands in Chennakkapalli (V) of Gadivemula (M) in Nandyal Dist. (Under process of alienation vide NREDCAP/ WE/Greenko-IREP/2023, dt.12.09.2023). Allot feasible land from 1011.44 Acres of identifed lands in Masapeta (V) & Nagalooty (V) of Midthur (M) in Nandyal Dist. (Under process vide File No. 1500 MW Greenko AP01 RC.B1.429/2023, Dt.:05/10/2023 and Solar Energy IREP Pvt. Ltd. recommended in APLMA meeting) Allot feasible lands from the identifed lands in Uyyalawada Village, Orvakal Mandal of Kurnool Dist. and any other feasible lands in Kurnool & Nandyal Districts, for balance land requirement as per G.O.Ms.No.13, dt.20.06.2023 as per project requirements. Allocation of lands for solar power projects shall not exceed the norms fxed by the State Government in G.O.Ms.No.13, Dt.20.06.2023 of Energy (Power-II) Department based on the technology adopted. 6. The other provisions of the G.O.Ms.No.21, dt.15.09.2022 of Energy (Power-II) Department shall holds good. 7. The Revenue Department/EFS&T Dept./Industries & Commerce Dept./Water Resource Department/, APTRANSCO shall take necessary action accordingly pertains to their issues. 8.
