ORDER: In the G.O. read above, permission was accorded to establish of 1000 MW Renewable Energy capacity comprising of 700 MW Solar and 300 MW Wind Power Projects to AM Green Energy Pvt. Ltd (AMGEPL) in Kurnool and Nandyal Districts. 2. In the reference 2nd read above, AM Green Energy Private Limited has proposed for setting up additional 15 MW wind power project within the 300 MW project boundary demarcated based on the allotment of 300 MW Wind Power capacity. The boundaries provided in the application of AMGEPL including additional 15 MW capacity is verifed and found matching with 300 MW sanctioned wind power project boundary and requested the Government to allocate 15 MW Additional capacity in addition to already allotted 300 MW Wind Projects within their boundary allotted by the Government. 3. After careful examination, Government hereby accord permission, to allocate 15 MW (14.1 MW rounded of to 15 MW) Additional capacity in addition to already allotted 300 MW Wind Projects within their boundaries demarcated to AM Green Energy Private Limited. 4.
