From the Vice Chairman & Managing Director, New and Renewable Energy Development Corporation of Andhra Pradesh(NREDCAP), letter No.NREDCAP/WE/PSP/Indosol/ 2024, dt: 24.01.2024. *** O R D E R: - In the reference 1st read above, the Government of Andhra Pradesh has issued orders allotting Captive Power Plants of 2,200 MW Pumped Hydro Storage Power Projects, 3,500 MW Solar Power and 1,500 MW Wind Power Projects in Nandyal, Kurnool and YSR Districts to meet the energy requirement of the proposed Integrated Solar PV Manufacturing Unit being set up by M/s. Indosol Solar Private Ltd. (ISPL). 2. In the reference 2nd read above, M/s. Indosol Solar Pvt. Ltd. has requested to consider certain additional incentives and amendments to the above Government Orders, communicating that the Solar PV module manufacturing facility being set up by them is highly energy intensive and requires reliable low-cost power and requested incentives and amendments will help them to compete with international market. 3. The request of M/s. Indosol Solar Pvt. Ltd. has been placed before State Investment Promotion Board (SIPB) meeting held on 30.01.2024. The Page 1 of 5File No.ENE01-APRE/13/2022-MLO-ENE GO MS/19/2024/ENE01-Energy SIPB has decided for amendment of certain provisions of G.O.Ms.No:19, dt: 12.09.2022 of Energy (Power-II) Department as detailed below: Provision of the G.O.Ms.No.19, Clause No. Decision of SIPB dated 12.09.2022 - - SIPB has agreed for the request of M/s. Indosol Solar Pvt. Ltd. for Development of Solar, Wind and PSP projects undertaken by a separate SPV on need basis 10(iii) Allotment on lease basis/ SIPB has agreed for allocation of alienation of revenue land revenue lands available on lease available if any at the PSP basis as per Policy. The land allocation shall not exceed 3 acres per MW in case of Solar projects at Kolimigundla mandal, Kurnool Dist., M Kambaladinne & Kaderabad villages of Mylavaram Mandal, YSR Dist and @2.50 acres per MW for wind power projects at Dhone West and Hebattam, Holagunda mandal, Nandyal/ Page 2 of 5File No.ENE01-APRE/13/2022-MLO-ENE GO MS/19/2024/ENE01-Energy Kurnool Districts. 10(iv) Allotment of project areas in SIPB has agreed for allocation of case of Solar projects at lands in Urichintala (V) of Kolimigundla mandal, Tadipatri (M), Ananthapur (D) and Kurnool Dist., M A.Kambaladinne (V), Kambaladinne & Kaderabad Chinnaventhurla(V), villages of Mylavaram Mandal, B.Venkatapuram(V), YSR Dist and @2.50 acres per Besthavemula(V), Nelanuthala(V) MW for wind power projects at and Kallutla (V) of Mylavaram (M), Dhone West and Hebattam, YSR Dist. Holagunda mandal, Nandyal/ Kurnool Districts. 4. Government after detailed examination of the proposal of M/s.Indosol Solar Pvt. Ltd., in consultation with various stakeholders i.e., Revenue Dept., EFS&T Dept in the light of the decisions taken in the State Investment Promotion Board, the following amendments are in the G.O.Ms.No.19,dt:12.09.2022 Energy (Power-II) Department as detailed below: S Clause No No. Existing provision Amended as follows 1 - - M/s. Indosol Solar Pvt.
