NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 1 of the Andhra Pradesh
Logistics University Act, 2017 (Act No. 12 of 2017), the Government of Andhra Pradesh
hereby appoint the day of 17th August, 2017 as the date on which the provisions of the said
Act shall come into force.
