Registered No. HSE-49/2016 PART I EXTRAORDINARY No.451 AMARAVATI, MONDAY, AUGUST 17, 2026 G.520 NOTIFICATIONS BY GOVERNMENT --x-- MUNICIPAL ADMINISTRATION & URBAN DEVELOPMENT (I) DEPARTMENT Municipal Administration & Urban Development Department – The Andhra Pradesh Metropolitan Region and Urban Development Authorities Act, 2016 (Act No.5 of 2016) – Constitution of Nandyal Urban Development Authority (NDL UDA) with Head Quarters at Nandyal – Notification - Orders- Issued. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- G.O.Ms.No.185, Municipal Administration & Urban Development (I) Department, Dt.17.08.2026) NOTIFICATION-I In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Andhra Pradesh Metropolitan Region and Urban Development Authorities Act, 2016 (Act No.5 of 2016), the Government of Andhra Pradesh having regard to the need for the promotion of development activities relating to as a Urban Development Authority to achieve the objectives of the region witnesses tremendous growth in the domains of Industries, Imports and Exports etc. hereby specify a special Urban Development Area for the area comprised within the jurisdiction of Nandyal District consisting of (6) Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) and thirty (30) Mandals and 448 revenue Villages to an extent of 7113.46 Sq.Km with Head Quarters at Nandyal as specified in the Schedule appended to this notification to be a Urban Development Area for the purpose of the said Act and the said Area shall be as "Nandyal Urban Development Authority (NDL UDA)".
