Registered No. HSE-49/2016 PART I EXTRAORDINARY No.452 AMARAVATI, MONDAY, AUGUST 17, 2026 G.521 NOTIFICATIONS BY GOVERNMENT --x-- MUNICIPAL ADMINISTRATION & URBAN DEVELOPMENT (I) DEPARTMENT Municipal Administration and Urban Development Department - Tirupati Urban Development Authority (TUDA) - Reorganization of the Development Area - Inclusion and exclusion of certain Mandals/Villages in the jurisdiction of TUDA - Notification - Orders - Issued. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- G.O.Ms.No.187, Municipal Administration & Urban Development (I) Department, Dt.17.08.2026) NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (a) and (b) of sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Andhra Pradesh Metropolitan Region and Urban Development Authorities Act, 2016 (Act No. 5 of 2016), read with sub-section (2) of the said section, and in partial modification of the notifications previously issued defining the Development Area of the Tirupati Urban Development Authority (TUDA), the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby: (a) include in the said Development Area the areas specified in Schedule-I; (b) exclude there from the areas specified in Schedule-II; and (c) define the revised limits of the Development Area of TUDA as comprising the areas specified in Schedule-III, with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette. This reorganisation is intended to facilitate streamlined administration, coordinated urban development, effective spatial planning and efficient management of urban and peri-urban areas within the Development Area of TUDA.
