In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (e) of clause (3) read with clause
(5) of Article 171 of the Constitution of India, I, Syed Abdul Nazeer, Governor of Andhra
Pradesh, hereby nominate the following two (2) persons to be Members of the Andhra
Pradesh Legislative Council:
