NOTIFICATION No.429/AP-LA/SOU3/2023(9) :- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 13B of the Representation of the People Act, 1950 (43 of 1950), the Election Commission of India, in consultation with the State Government of Andhra Pradesh, hereby directs that the following amendment shall be made in its Notification No.429/AP- LA/SOU3/2023(ERO)(1), dated 31.07.2023, relating to the appointment of the Electoral Registration Officer(s) of the Assembly Constituency in the State of Andhra Pradesh, namely:-2 ANDHRA PRADESH GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY [PART-V] For the existing entry in Column (2) of the table appended to the said notification, in respect of the following Assembly Constituencies as shown in column (1) of the said table, the entries shown against it in Column (2) below shall be substituted:- TABLE AC Name of the Assembly Electoral Registration Officer No. Constituency
