PROVIDED BY KAKINADA PORT TO THE SHIPPING COMPANIES - PRELIMINARY

DRAFT PRELIMINARY NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section-35 read with
clause (jj) of sub-section (1) of section-6 of the Indian Port Act, 1908 (Central Act XV
of 1908) and in supersession of the orders issued in G.O.Ms.No.19, Infrastructure &
Investment (Ports-II) Department, Dated 15-09-2012, the following revision of rentals
specified in the Schedule below are proposed to leavy in respect of Government
Godowns and Transit Sheds situated at Kakinada Port area is hereby published
for the general information in the A. P. Gazette as required under sub-section (2) of
Section 6 of the said act.
Notice is hereby given that the said draft will be taken into consideration
by the Government after expiry of thirty (30) days from the date of Publication in the
Andhra Pradesh Gazette, any objections or suggestions which maybe received
from any person with respect thereto before the aforesaid date will be considered
by the Government of Andhra Pradesh. Objections/ suggestion should be addressed
to the Principal Secretary to Government, Energy, Infrastructure & Investment
(Ports) Department, Andhra Pradesh, Interim Secretariat Complex, Velagapudi-522503,
Amaravati in duplicate.
