NOTIFICATION IN THE MATTER OF AMENDMENT TO THE ANDHRA PRADESH ELECTRICITY REGULATORY COMMISSION (CONDUCT OF BUSINESS) REGULATIONS 1999 (REGULATION 2 OF 1999). In exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 181 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (36 of 2003) and all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Andhra Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission makes the following Regulation to further amend the Andhra Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 1999 amended from time to time which may be referred to as the Principal Regulation. PART-1 GENERAL 1. Short title and commencement : (i) This Regulation may be called the Andhra Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Fourth Amendment Regulation, 2019. (ii) This Regulation shall come into force with effect from the date of its publication in the official gazette. [1]2 ANDHRA PRADESH GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY [Part-II PART-2 AMENDMENT 2. Insertion of sub-clause (3) in Clause 7 of the Principal Regulation (i) The following sub-clause shall be inserted as sub-clause (3) in Clause 7 : “(3) Quorum : If there is only one Member of the Commission available, the quorum of the proceedings also shall be one”.
