1. बीमा अजधजियम, अजभजिधाथररत उल्लंघिों के जलए दकसी बीमाकताथ या क अध्यक्ष; अर्िा जििेष रूप से बीमा मध्यिती को दकसी प्रितथि 1938 की धारा 34 कारथिाई में जिदेिों का जिगथम

2. बीमा अजधजियम, दकसी भी व्यजि पर िो (क) कोई दस्ट्तािेि, जििरण, ख.एक पणू थकाजलक सदस्ट्य ;

1938 की धारा 102 लेखा, जििरणी या ररपोर्थ प्राजधकरण को प्रस्ट्ततु िहीं अर्िा करता, (ख) जिदेिों का अिुपालि िहीं करता, (ग) 7056 GI/2026 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC.4] िोधि-क्षमता मार्िथि का अिरु क्षण िहीं करता तर्ा (घ) बीमा समझौतों संबंधी जिदेिों का अिुपालि िहीं करता, जिससे अपेजक्षत ह ै दक िह इस प्रकार ग.अध्यक्ष और एक पूणथकाजलक सदस्ट्य का अजधजियम या उसके अधीि बिाये गय े जियमों या पैिल; अर्िा जिजियमों के अधीि करे, धारा 102 के अधीि अर्थदडं लगाि े की िजि

3. 104 धाराओं 27 और 27ई के उल्लंघि के जलए अर्थदडं घ. दो पणू थकाजलक सदस्ट्यों लगािा

4. 105सी(2), 105डी न्यायजिणथयि अजधकारी से िााँच ररपोर्थ प्राप्त होिे पर का पैिल; अर्थदडं लगािा तर्ा अर्थदडं की मात्रा का जिणथय करिा

5. आईआरडीएआई 22 (6) –जिजियम 22 का अिपु ालि ि करिे के जलए (कारपोरेर् एिेंर्ों का अर्थदडं लगािा िैसा दक उपयुथि (क) से (घ) पंिीकरण) जिजियम, तक के जलए अध्यक्ष 2015 का जिजियम द्वारा जिणथय दकया िा 22(6) सकता ह।ै

6. बीमा ररपोजिर्ररयों और बीमा पाजलजसयों ददिाजिदेिों में जिजित दकय े गये रूप में अर्थदडं के इलेक्ट्राजिक जिगथम लगािा संबंधी ददिाजिदेि , 2015के खंड 53-48 रर्प्पणीैः बीमा अजधजियम, 1938 की धारा 34 के अधीि दकसी भी अन्य जिषय पर जिदेि के जिगथम के जलए प्रत्यायोिि प्राजधकरण की 135िीं बैठक में जलये गये जिणथय के अिुसार अध्यक्ष के पास बिा रहगेा। राि कुमार िमाथ, कायथकारी जिदेिक [जिज्ञापि-III/4/असा./323/2026-27] INSURANCE REGULATORY AND DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF INDIA

NOTIFICATION Hyderabad, the 10th September, 2026 F. No IRDAI/DoP/13/227/2026. —In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (1) of

section 23 of the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority Act, 1999 (41 of 1999), the Authority has delegated its powers for imposition of penalties/ issuance of directions under the Insurance Act, 1938/ the Regulations/ Guidelines.

The delegation of powers as approved by the Authority are as under:

6. Clause 48-53 of Guidelines on Insurance Repositories and Levy penalty as defined in Guidelines electronic issuance of insurance policies, 2015

Note: Delegation for issuance of direction on any other matter under section 34 of the Insurance Act, 1938 shall remain with the Chairperson in accordance with the decision taken in the 135th meeting of the Authority.
