अजधजनयम कक धारा 20घ की उप-धारा (1) के अधीन उपयक्तुा प्रयोिन के जलए ऐसी भूजम के अिान और उपयोग के संबंध म ें
आिेप कर सकेगा; प्रत्येक ऐसा आिेप सिम प्राजधकारी अथाता ्, उपखडं अजधकारी केिोरायपाटन, तालुका केिोरायपाटन,
जिला बूंदी को जलजखत रूप म ेंककया िाएगा िो कक आिपे का आधार होगा । सिम प्राजधकारी आिेपकता ाको व्यजक्तगत रूप
से या कानूनी प्रजक्टिनर के माध्यम स े सुनवाई का अवसर प्रदान करेगा और सभी ऐसे आिेपों की सुनवाई और िााँि करन े
के पश्चात, यकद आवयक समझे तो, आदिे द्वारा या तो आिपे ों के जलय ेअनुमजत दगे ा या अनुमजत प्रदान नहीं करेगा;

NOTIFICATION
Kota, the 16th July, 2025
S.O. 3246(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section(I) of section 20A of the Railways Act,
1989 (24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred in as the said act), the Central Government after being satisfied that for the public
purpose, the land, the brief description of which has given in the schedule annexed hereto, is required for execution of
the Special Railway Project, namely, Kota – Mathura section in Bundi District Construction of Road Over Bridge on
LC No. 118 Project in District Bundi in the State of Rajasthan, hereby declares its intention to acquire such land :
Any person interested in the said land may, within a period of thirty days from the date of publication of this
notification in the Official Gazette, raise objection to the acquisition and use of such land for the aforesaid purpose
under sub-section(I) of section 20D of the said Act:
Every such objection shall be made to the competent authority, namely, Sub Divisional Officer Keshoraipatan
, Taluka Keshoraipatan, District Bundi , in writing and shall set out the grounds thereof and the competent authority
shall give the objector an opportunity of being heard, either in person or by legal practitioner and may after hearing all
such objections and after making such further enquiry, if any as the competent authority thinks necessary, by order,
either allow or disallow the objections.
Any order made by the competent authority under sub-section (II) of section 20 (D) of the said act shall be
final.
The land plans and other details of the land covered under this notification are available and can be inspected
by the interested person at the aforesaid office of the competent authority.
