अथाित, रािस्ट्थान राज्य के करौली जिले में कोटा – मथुरा सक्े िन के मध्य करौली जिले म ें समपार संख्या 202 पर रोड
ओवर जिि का जनमािण कायि की पररयोिना के जनष्पादन, अनुरक्षण, प्रबंध और प्रचालन के जलए अर्िित करने आिय की
घोषणा की थी;
और, उक्त अजधसूचना का सार उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20 क की उपधारा (4) के अधीन दैजनक समाचारपत्रों,
अथाित “दी टाइम्स ऑफ इंजडया” (अंग्रेिी) तारीख 14 नवम्बर 2024 और “रास्ट्रदतू हहडं ौन जसटी” (हहदं ी) तारीख 14
नवम्बर 2024 को प्रकजित ककया गया था; और सक्षम प्राजधकारी द्वारा कोई आक्षेप प्राप्त नहीं ककये गए थे;
और,सक्षम प्राजधकारी ने उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20 ङ की उपधारा (1) के अनुसरण में, केंरीय सरकार को
अपनी ररपोटि सौंप दी ह;ै

अतः अब, केंरीय सरकार, सक्षम प्राजधकारी से उक्त ररपोटि के प्राप्त होने पर और उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20ड
की उपधारा(1) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह घोषणा करती ह ैकी इससे उपाबद्ध अनुसूची में जवजनदष्टृ भूजम
पूवौक्त प्रयोिन के जलए अर्िित कक िायेगी;

NOTIFICATION
Kota, the 8th April, 2025
S.O. 1667(E).—Whereas, by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Railways (West
Central Railway), number 4478 S.O. 4859(E) dated 08th November, 2024 published in the Gazette of India,
Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-Section (ii), dated the 08th November, 2024 and issued under the sub-section(1)
of section 20A of the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) and the Railways (Amendment) ACT, 2008 (No. 11 of 2008)
(hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the land specified in
the schedule annexed to the said notification for execution, maintenance management and operation of a Special
Railway Project namely, Kota – Mathura section in Karauli District Construction of Road Over Bridge on LC No. 202
Project in District Karauli in the State of Rajasthan;
And whereas, the substance of the said notification has been published in the daily local newspapers namely,
"THE TIMES OF INDIA" (English), dated the 14th of November 2024 and "RASHTRADOOT HINDAUN CITY"
(Hindi) dated the 14th of November 2024 under the sub-section (4) of section 20A of the said Act;
And whereas, no objections were received by the Competent Authority.
And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 20E of the said Act, the Competent Authority has
submitted its report to the Central Government.
Now therefore, upon receipt of the report of the Central Authority and in exercise of the powers conferred by
sub-section (1) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the lands specified in the
schedule annexed hereto shall be acquired for the aforesaid purpose.
And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of Section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby
declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the schedule annexed
hereto shall vest absolutely in the Central Government free from all encumbrances.
