No. 26695/ICF/2016) No.VI(1)/197/2017. “Under the powers conferred on the Registrar of Industrial Co-operatives under Section 137(2)(b) of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983 the affairs of the Tirunelveli and Palayamkottai Taluks Backward Auto Drivers Industrial Co-operative Society Ltd., Ind.No.TNY1/95-96, Tirunelveli District have been ordered to be wound up with immediate effect by the Additional Chief Secretary/Industries Commissioner and Director of Industries and Commerce and the Registrar of Industrial Co-operatives, Chennai-32, vide Proc. Rc. No. 26695/ICF/2016, dated 9-6-2017.” Under Section 138(1) of the same Act, Assistant Director of Industries and Commerce (Indl.Co-ops) District Industries Centre, Tirunelveli has been Appointed as Official Liquidator of the said society for the purpose of liquidation. In exercise of the powers delegated by the Government of Tamil Nadu in G.O.Ms.No. 94, Housing and Urban Development [UD4-1] Department, dated 12th June 2009 under Section 91 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972), the Member-Secretary, Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority hereby makes the following variation under sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) to the Second Master Plan for Chennai Metropolitan Area 2026 approved under the said Act and published with the Housing and Urban Development Department Notification No. II(2)/HOU/386/(e)/2008 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary, dated the 2nd September, 2008.
