under Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27, part II-Section-2
page 228 dated 15th July 2009 Member Secretary, Cuddalore Local Planning Authority hereby makes the following
variation under sub section (4) of Section 32 of Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972)
to the Master Plan of Cuddalore Local Planning Area approved under the said Act and published with the Housing
and Urban Development Department Notification No.II(2)/ HOU/490/2006 at page 326 of part II-Section-2 of the

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country
Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and also in exercise of powers conferred by Government Order
Ms.No.94, Housing and Urban Development [UD(4)1) Department, dated 12.06.2009 published in \Tamil Nadu Government
Gazette No.27, Part-II-Section-2, in Page No:228, dated 15.07.2009, after getting the approval from the Government
vide G.O.(2D) No.3 Housing and Urban Development Department, dt:11.1.2017 the following variations are made to
the Master Plan for Thanjavur Local Planning Area Approved under the said Act and published in the Housing and
Urban Development Department Notification at page No.879 of Part II-Section 2 of Tamil Nadu Government Gazette
dated 11th October 1995.
VARIATIONS
In the land use schedules of the said Master Plan, under the heading “Thanjavur Master Plan – zoning schedules”
under the sub heading;
1. Industrial use zone III (b) Controlled Industrial Area , the following modification shall be made in the column
of S.F. Nos. appear against the zoning No.IC2, Village No.107, Nilagiri Therku Thottam Village.
a. S.F.No.221 shall be deleted and replaced as 221pt except 221/17
b. S.F.No.223pt shall be deleted and replaced as 223pt except 223/(1pt and 2)
c. S.F.No.235pt shall be deleted and replaced as 235pt except 235/16
d. S.F.No.238pt shall be deleted and replaced as 238pt except 238/29.
2. Proposed road (100’0’’ wide), against the zoning No.NIL. Village No.107, Nilagiri Therku Thottam Village, the
S.F.No.s 223pt, 234pt,235pt, 238pt, shall be deleted and replaced as 223pt except 223/(1pt, 2), 234pt except

(i) Against the entry “AGRICULTURAL” for the expression 238, 239, “249 to 256” the following entry 238
(Except 238/1, 2A1) 239 (Except 239) 249 (Except 249/1A, 1B1, 1C1A, 2) “250 to 256” shall be substituted.
(ii) Against the entry “MIXED RESIDENTIAL” for the expression “238/1, 2A1, 239, shall be added before the
entry “227 to 231”, the expression 249/1A, 1B1, 1C1A, 2, shall be added after the entry “240 to 243”.
