Notice under Section 15(1) of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001(TN Act 34 of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land
Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019.
The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the schedule below are acquired
under Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose to wit for Strengthening and widening
of SH-86, Omalur - Sankari - Tiruchengode - Paramathi Road from 34/630 KM to 37/300 KM at Aiveli (Part 2) Village
in Sankari Taluk, Salem District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be
awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), Salem
(CKICP), Tamil Nadu after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such
lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the
Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) read with
the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019, the Governor of
Tamil Nadu hereby notified that the Dry lands specified in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 6 sq.mtr.,
are acquired in Aiveli (Part 2) Village in Sankari Taluk, Salem District, to the same, a little more or less is needed for
Chennai-Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for State Highways purpose, to wit for strengthening and widening
of SH-86, Omalur - Sankari - Tiruchengode - Paramathi Road from 34/630 KM to 37/300 KM.
The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the office of the Special District Revenue Officer (Land
Acquisition), Chennai - Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Salem and office of the Special Tahsildar (Land
Acquisition), Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Sankari at Omalur Taluk Office Campus may be
inspected at any time during the office hours.

acquired for Widening the State Highways Road S.H.191 Melur-Thirupathur Road (From Km 0/000 - 31/600) in
Keelavalavu (Addl-III) Village, Melur Taluk of Madurai District and it having already been decided that the amount
of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by Divisional
Engineer (Highways), CKICP, Tirunelveli. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil
Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act, 34 of 2002), the

NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997
(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below
measuring 5200 Sq.mtrs., to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purpose wit, for the formation New
Broad Gauge Railway Line between Chinnasalem and Kallakurichi in Kaniyamoor Village of Kallakurichi Taluk and District.
The plan of the lands are kept in the office of the District Collector, Kallakurichi and in the office of the District

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below to be acquired
for industrial purpose to wit to formation of New Broad Gauge Railway Line between Chinnasalem and Kallakurichi
in Chinnasalem (South) Village of Chinnasalem Taluk in Kallakurichi District, and it having already been decided that
the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by
the District Collector, Kallakurichi. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu
Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999)
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997
(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below
measuring 1900 Sq.mtrs., to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purpose wit, for the formation of
New Broad Gauge Railway Line Between Chinnasalem and Kallakurichi in Chinnasalem Village of Chinnasalem Taluk
in Kallakurichi District.
The plan of the lands are kept in the office of the District Collector, Kallakurichi and in the office of the District
Revenue Officer, Kallakurichi and may be inspected on any day during office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu, having been satisfied that the lands specified in the schedule below have to be
acquired for Industrial purpose, to wit, for Expansion of Tiruchirappalli Airport at Keelakurichi, Block-IV and surrounding
areas, and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid
out of the funds controlled or managed by Government, the following notice is issued under Sub-Section (1) of
Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of land for Industrial Purpose Act 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999)
NOTICE
Under Sub Section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of land for Industrial Purpose Act, 1997
(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Government of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land specified in the schedule
below and measuring 20.65.5 Hec (51.02 Acres)to the same, a little more or less needed for Industrial Purpose,
to wit, for Expansion of Tiruchirappalli Airport at Keelakurichi and surrounding areas.
The plan of the lands are kept in the office of the District Collector, Tiruchirappalli, Taluk office Thiruverumbur
and may be inspected at any time during office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu has been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below to be acquired
for the Construction of High-Level Bridge across the Kudamuruti River in Vayalur Road ( Construction of a High-Level
Bridge at Km1/8 of Trichy – Kulumani – Jeeyapuram Road across Kudamuruti river) and it having already been decided
that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by
Highways Department. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways
Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the
Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 0.1507

Notice is hereby given that the Civil and Sessions Courts in the District of Madurai will remain closed for
ANNUAL SUMMER VACATION FOR 2024 as follows:-
1. The District and Sessions Courts, Madurai, the sub Courts Madurai, Thirumangalam, Melur & Usilampatti
and the District Munsif’s Courts Madurai Town, Madurai Taluk at Madurai, Thirumangalam, Melur and Vadipatti will
remain closed from Wednesday, the 1st May, 2024 to Sunday, the 2nd day of June, 2024. They shall re-open
on Monday, the 3rd day of June 2024 after Summer Vacation.
2. The Office of the Official Receiver, Madurai will remain open throughout the Summer Vacation.
3. (i) No plaints or petitions except applications for grant of copies and for service and execution of process
will ordinarily be received during the Vacation.
(ii) In case of Vacation Civil Judge is appointed by the Government for this District, urgent plaints, Appeals
and petitions in the Civil cases alone will be received and disposed of by him/her in exercise of powers vested
in him/her under Section 30 of Central Act III of 1873 as amended by the Tamil Nadu Act XVII of 1950.
4. The Office of the Copyists, Process Service Establishment will be kept open throughout the Vacation, but
no arrest warrants will be executed during the Vacation.
5. The Office of other Sessions will remain closed. Arrangements will however be made.
(i) For transmission of records in appeals, etc. to the High Court.
(ii) For attending to all administrative correspondences.
(iii) For furnishing the Copyists and Process Service Establishment with necessary records and orginal
orders and
(iv) For receiving printing charges and plan copying fees, etc., deposited into Court in respect of Copy
Applications.
6. Urgent applications for bail during the absence of the Sessions Judge from Madurai Division during the
Vacation should be made to Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, if no Vacation Sessions Judge is
appointed for Madurai Sessions Division.
7. DUSSERA HOLIDAYS:- The District and Sessions Courts, Madurai, the Sub Courts Madurai, Thirumangalam,
Melur & Usilampatti and the District Munsif Courts, Madurai Town, Madurai Taluk at Madurai, Thirumangalam,
Melur and Vadipatti will remain closed from Saturday, the 5th day of October 2024 to Sunday, the 13th day of
October 2024.
8. CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS:- The District and Sessions Courts, Madurai, the Sub Courts Madurai, Thirumangalam,

and Sessions Judge, to be appointed and to Preside over the Sessions Divisions of Karur by the High Court under

(Central Act 2 of 1974), the High Court hereby appoints the following (i) 8 Deputy Tahsildars in Cuddalore District
(ii) 5 Deputy Tahsildars in Mayiladuthurai District and (iii) 8 Deputy Tahsildars in Tiruchirappalli District, as
Special Judicial Magistrates, to undergo Magisterial Training for a period of 120 days, from the date of assumption of
