Form of Notice under sub-section(1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Lands for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the schedule below to be acquired
for industrial purpose to wit to NLC - NLCIL Expansion of Mines and it having already been decided that the amount of
compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by, NLC. The following
notice is issued under sub-section(1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997.

NOTICE
Under sub-section(1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Lands for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997(Tamil Nadu
Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent
of 3.8550 hectares to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purpose wit, for NLC - NLCIL Expansion of Mines.
The plan of the lands are kept in the office of the Special DRO(LA), Cuddalore and Special Tahsildar(LA), Cuddalore
which may be inspected on any day during office hours.

for industrial purpose to wit to NLC - NLCIL Expansion of Mines and it having already been decided that the amount of
compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by, NLC. The following

Variation
In the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan, under the heading permitted land use in various survey numbers of COIMBATORE
Local Planning Area, under heading in Kurudampalayam Village, Page No.320 S.F.Nos: 19/2,30/2B,30/3B the following entries
should be made.
Under the heading "Residential Land use "(MR3)" the expression S.F.No.19/2, 30/2B, 30/3B shall be added before the
entry S.F.No: 30 to 38 shall be added after the entry S.F.No.
Under the heading "Agricultural land use" (AG13) the expression S.F.Nos: 13 to 31, shall be deleted and the expression
S.F.No. 13 to 18, 19 (Except 19/2), 20 to 29, 30 (Except 30/2B, 30/3B), 31 shall be substituted.
