Coimbatore Local Planning Area

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of Section 33 of Town and Country Planning Act 1971.
(Act No.35 of 1972) the Commissioner of Town and Country Planning (i/c.) in the Proceedings
Roc No. 13386/2016/DP2, dated.06.09.2016 proposes to make the following individual draft variation for Re-alignment of
B-B 18.0m road to Eastern side and B1-B1, 18.0m road to southern side in S.F.Nos.424/1A, 426, 427,
430/2, 431 and 445/1 part of Saravanampatty Village in Coimbatore Taluk and Coimbatore District to the approved
Saravanampatty Detailed Development Plan No.1 of Coimbatore Local Planning Area approved by
the Commissioner of Town and Country Planning (i/c.), proceeding in Roc No. 17851/2004/DP2, Dated: 11-10-2012 and
the fact of this approval in Form No.12 Published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, No.40, Part-VI,
Section-1, Page 359, dated 09.10.2013, Publication No.VI(1)/394/2013.
2. Any person affected or interested in this draft variation may within SIXTY days from the date of publication of this
notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, can represent in person or submit in writing to the Member Secretary,
Coimbatore Local Planning Authority any objections and suggestions relating thereto.
3. The Variation with plan may be inspected free of cost at any time during office hours at the above said Local
Planning Authority.

1. Wherever the expression Map Nos.4 and 5, DDP(CR)/DTCP No.25/2012 occurs the expression
DDPV/DTCP No.04/2016 shall be added at the end and to be read with.

No.120/2016.—In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 13 and under Section 18 in respect of Chennai
Metropolitan Area of the Criminal Procedure Code 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974), the High Court hereby appoints the
following 4 Tahsildars in Tiruppur District, 4 Tahsildars in Chennai District, 8 Tahsildars in Tiruvallur District, 4 Tahsildars
and 4 Deputy Tahsildars in Madurai District, 6 Deputy Tahsildars in Virudhunagar District, 8 Deputy Tahsildars in
Thoothukudi District, 8 Deputy Tahsildars in Pudukottai District, one Tahsildar Trainee in Thanjavur District and one
Tahsildar Trainee in Coimbatore District, to undergo Magisterial Training for a period of 120/180 days, as the case may
be, from the date of assumption of charge and confers upon them the ordinary powers conferrable under this Code on
a Judicial Magistrate to try such cases which were earlier triable and dealt with by an erstwhile Judicial Second Class
