Variation to the Approved Pachaiyankuppam Detailed Development Plan No. 1 of Cuddalore
Local Planning Area.

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of Section 33 of Town and Country Planning Act 1971. (Act
No. 35 of 1972) the Commissioner of Town and Country Planning, in the Proceedings
Roc No.13469/2011/DP1, dated: 01-08-2017. Proposes to make the following variation to the approved Pachaiyankuppam
Detailed Development Plan No. 1 of Cuddalore Local Planning Area approved by the Commissioner of Town and Country
Planning Proceedings in Roc.No.5791/2013 DP1, dated:29-08-2008 and the fact of this approval in form No.12,
Published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, No.47, Part-VI, Section-1, Page 376 & 377, dated 03-12-2008, Publication
No.VI(1)/428/2008.
2. Any person affected or interested in this draft variation may within SIXTY DAYS from the date of publication of
this notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, can represent in person or submit in writing to the Member-
Secretary, Cuddalore Local Planning Authority any objections and suggestions relating there to.
3. The Variation with plan may be inspected free of cost at any time during office hours at the above said Local
Planning Authority Office.
VARIATION
1. The entire Pachaiyankuppam Detailed Development Plan No.1 of Cuddalore Local Planning Area by the
Commissioner of Town and Country Planning Proceeding in Roc No.5791/2013 DP1, dated:29-08-2008 is varied by
the Pachaiyankuppam Detailed Development Plan No.1 of Cuddalore Local Planning Authority.
2. The Plan thus varied is numbered as Map No.5 DDP(V)/DTCP No.07/2017.
3. The Detailed Development Plan clauses and schedules annexed with this plan are made enforceable from the
date of publication of the confirmed variation notification to be issued under Section 33(2) of the Act and Published in
Tamil Nadu Government Gazette.
Confirmation of Variation to the Approved Palar South Detailed Development Plan of
Vellore Local Planning Area.

variation to the approved Palar South Detailed Development plan of Vellore Local Planning Area, sanctioned Palar South Town
Planning scheme of Vellore Local Planning Area and sanctioned in G.O. No.602 RD & LA Department dated 29-03-1973 and
published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.18A, Supplement to Part II—Section 1, Page 1 to 40, dated 09-05-1973
Publication No.II - 1, No.2019 of 1973 and the said draft notification was published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette

Since an objections and suggestions have been received on this draft notification within the stipulated time, the same
are hereby confirmed and ordered as below:
CONFIRMATION OF VARIATION
1. The entire Palar South Town Planning scheme of Vellore Local Planning Area and sanctioned in G.O.No.602 RD
& LA Department dated 29-03-1973 comprehensively varied by Palar South Detailed Development Plan of Vellore Local

Act 1971 is hereby confirmed U/s.33(2) of Town and Country Planning Act 1971.
2. The Varied plan is numbered as Map No.5 DDP(V)/DTCP No.2/2012
3. The Detailed Development plan clauses and schedules annexed with this Plan are made enforceable from the
date of Publication of this notification in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country
Planning, Act 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of powers conferred by the G.O. Ms. No. 94
Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department, dated 12-06-2009 which has been published in the
Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No 27, Part II—Section 2, Page No. 228, dated 15-07-2009 the following variations
are made to the Master Plan for the Coimbatore Local Planning Area approved under the said Act and published
in the Housing and Urban Development Department Notification No.II(2)/Housing/4377/94 at page 1078 of
Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated the 9th November 1994.
VARIATIONS
In the said Master Plan, in the “LAND USE SCHEDULE” under the heading “COIMBATORE LOCAL PLANNING
AREA other then COIMBATORE CORPORATION AREA) under the sub-heading (b) Non Notified Detailed Development
Plan Area in No.45, Perur Chettipalayam Village.
(i) Against the entry “AGRICULTURAL” for the expression “377, 385 part” the following entry 377 (Except 377/2 part,
377/4), the expression 385 part (Except 385/1) shall be substituted.
(ii) Against the entry “PROPOSED ROAD” for the expression “385 part” (Except 385/1) shall be substituted.
(iii) Against the entry “Residential” for the expression 377/2 part, 377/4, shall be added after the entry “374 part”,
385/1 shall be added after the entry “380 to 384”

Development [UD4(1)] Department, dated 12-06-2009 which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette
No.27 Part II—Section 2, Page No. 228, dated 15-07-2009 the following Variations are made to the Master Plan for the
Coimbatore Local Planning Area approved under the said Act and published in the Housing and Urban Development
Department Notification No.II(2)/Housing/4377/94 at Page 1078 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette,
dated the 9th November 1994.
VARIATIONS
In the said Master Plan, in the “LAND USE SCHEDULE” under the heading “COIMBATORE LOCAL PLANNING AREA
other then COIMBATORE CORPORATION AREA) under the sub heading 15 Keeranatham Village,
(i)Against the entry “AGRICULTURE” for the expression “559 to 568” the following entry “559 to 568”

VARIATIONS
In the said Master Plan, in the “LAND USE SCHEDULE” under the heading “COIMBATORE LOCAL PLANNING AREA
(OTHER THAN COIMBATORE CORPORATION AREA) under the Sub heading (b) Non Notified Detailed Development Plan
Area in Ichipatti Village.
(i) Against the entry “AGRICULTURAL” for the expression, “149 to 172” the following entry 140 to 158
(Except 158/2A2,3A2) “159 to 172” shall be substituted.
(ii) Against the entry “Educational” the expression 158/2A2, 3A2 shall be added.

Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972), Government in the order G.O(2D) Ms.137, Housing and Urban Development
[UD 4(1)] Department, dated 18-07-2017 has permitted to change of land use of survey numbers making the following
variation to the Master Plan for the Gummidipoondi Local Planning Area, approved under the said Act and published
in the Housing and Urban Development Department Notification No.II(2)/HOU/610/2000, dated 7-06-2000, at Page
No.295 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated 7th June 2000.
VARIATIONS
In the said Master Plan, in the “LAND USE SCHEDULE” Serial Number. 05, Village Number:192, Getnamalle Village
under the heading:-
1. In the subheading Serial No.VII, under the heading WATER BODIES USE ZONE: Survey Numbers. 369 in the
expression shall be deleted and inserted as “except 369/2”.272 TAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT GAZETTE [Part VI—Sec.1
And under the heading in INDUSTRIAL USE ZONE: and sub heading III (b) GENERAL INDUSTRIAL USE ZONE: Survey

[UD 4(1)] department, dated 18-07-17 has permitted to change of land use of survey numbers making the following
variation to the Master Plan for the Gummidipoondi Local Planning Area, approved under the said Act and published
in the Housing and Urban Development Department Notification No.II(2)/HOU/610/2000, dated 7-06-2000, at Page
No.295 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated 7th June 2000.
VARIATIONS
In the said Master Plan, in the “LAND USE SCHEDULE” Serial Number.21, Village Number:237, Chinna Obulapuram
Village under the heading:-
1. In the subheading Serial No.VI, under the heading AGRICULTURE USE ZONE: Survey Numbers.110 in the
expression shall be deleted and inserted as “except 110/2A Part”.
And under the heading in INDUSTRIAL USE ZONE: and sub heading III (b) GENERAL INDUSTRIAL USE ZONE: Survey
Numbers the expression “110/2A Part” shall be added.
