In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 33(2) of Town and Country Planning Act 1971, the Director of Town and Country Planning, Chennai-107 hereby confirms the following Individual Variation from Agricultural use into Industrial use for the land in S.F.No.83/1pt, 86pt, 87pt, (Ward No.40, Block No.5, T.S.No.2/3), Extent: 0.2019 Acre in Puliyakulam Village, Coimbatore North Taluk, Coimbatore Corporation / District to the Approved Singanallur Detailed Development Plan No.51 of Coimbatore Local Planning Area, approved by the Director of Town and Country Planning proceedings in Roc.No.2563/2000/DP2, dated: 21.01.2003 and the fact of this approval in Form No.12 published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.13, Part VI—Section 1, Page No.167, dated:02.04.2003, Publication No.VI(1)/169/2003 and the said draft notification published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 10, Part VI—Section 1, Page No.112, dated: 08.03.2023. 2. Since no objections and suggestions have been received on this draft notification with in the stipulated time, the same are hereby confirmed and order as below.

1. Whenever the expression "MAP No.4 & 5, DDP(CR)/DTCP/SPL CTCP No:01/2003 occurs the expression "DDP(V)/DTCP No.02/2023 should be added at the end and to be read with.

1. Wherever the expression "MAP No:5 DDP(V)/DTCP No:15/2009 occurs the expression DDP(V)/DTCP No:14/2023 shall be added at the end and to be read with.
2. In schedule IV (Form No:7) Sl.No:3 in 2nd Column S.No:613 part shall be deleted and substituted as S.No:613part (excluding S.No:613/1A15, ward BP, Block:09 T.S.No:97/2 in Melapalayam division) and in 4th column instead of 1.40 acres 1.14 acres should be substituted.

Land use zone conversion from Agricultural land use zone into Residential use zone ordered in G.O.(2D) No. 111 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)], Department dated 07.03.2024 subject to conditions the following variation are made to the approved Master Plan of Coimbatore Local Planning Area under the said act and published in the G.O.Ms.No. 661 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] dated 12.10.1994 notification No. II(2)/HOU/4377/94 at Page No 1078 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 09.11.1994.
Variation In the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan, under the heading permitted land use in various survey numbers of Coimbatore Local Planning Area, under heading in Peedampalli Village, Page Nos. 378 to 379 the following S.F.Nos: 257/1, 257/2, 257/3, 257/4, 257/5, 257/6, 257/7, 257/8C and 257/9 entries should be made;516 TAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT GAZETTE [Part VI—Sec. 1 Under the heading “Residential MR-37 use zone” the expression S.F.No. 257/1, 257/2, 257/3, 257/4, 257/5, 257/6, 257/7, 257/8C and 257/9 shall be added before S.F.No: 246.
