G.O.(2D)No.62, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department dated 27.03.2023, the following variation are

No. 123/2023.—In exercise of the powers conferred under Sections 18 and 13 of the Criminal Procedure Code
1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974), the High Court hereby appoints the following (i) 8 Deputy Tahsildars in Tiruvannamalai
District (ii) 8 Tahsildars in Chennai District and (iii) 8 Deputy Tahsildars in Madurai District as Special Judicial
Magistrates/ Special Metropolitan Magistrates (as the case may be), to undergo Magisterial Training for a period of 120
