In exercise of the powers conferred by the Sub-Section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of powers conferred by the G.O Ms.No.94, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department, dated 12-06-2009 which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27, Part II – Section 2, Page No. 228, dated 15-07-2009 the following variations are made to the modified master plan for the Dindigul Local Planning Area approved under the said Act and published in the Housing and Urban Development Department Notification No II(2)/HOU/611/2001, at page No. 308 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated the 15th August 2001. VARIATIONS In the said modified Master Plan in the “LAND USE SCHEDULE” under the heading Ward No. 6, Block -20, “Dindigul Corporation”. 1. Against the entry for the expression “Roads and Streets” T.S.No. 1019, shall be added after the entry T.S.No.1019/1, Road and Street. 2. JUDICIAL NOTIFICATIONS Constitution of District Munsif Court at Vedasandur in Dindigul District (Roc. No. 2503/2012/G/Judn.) No.VI(1)/97/2017. In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act, 1873 (Central Act III of 1873) the High Court, Madras, hereby fixes Vedasandur in Dindigul District as the place at which the District Munsif Court, Vedasandur, shall be held. NOTIFICATION - II (Roc. No. 2503/2012/G/Judn) No.VI(1)/98/2017. In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 11 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act, 1873 (Central Act III of 1873) the High Court, Madras, hereby directs that in Dindigul District, the District Munsif Court, Vedasandur, shall cease to have local jurisdiction over the entire Revenue Taluk of Vedasandur and the District Munsif Court, Vedasandur shall have and exercise local jurisdiction over the entire Revenue Taluk of Vedasandur with effect from the date on which the District Munsif, Vedasandur assumes charge of that court.Apr. 12, 2017] TAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT GAZETTE 127 NOTIFICATION - III (Roc. The High Court, Madras hereby directs and notifies that the District Munsif, Vedasandur in Dindigul District shall exercise all the powers conferred on a District Munsif under Section 12 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act, 1873 (Central Act III of 1873) as amended up-to-date in regard to original suits and proceedings not otherwise exempted from his cognizance of which the amount or value of the subject matter does not exceed One Lakh Rupees with in the local limits of his jurisdiction with effect from the date of constitution of District Munsif Court at Vedasandur. In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 28 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act, 1873 (Central Act III of 1873) the High Court, Madras, hereby directs that the District Munsif, Vedasandur shall have and exercise jurisdiction of a Court of Small Causes under the provincial Small Causes Court Act 1887 for the trial suits cognizable by a Court of Small Causes up to the pecuniary limits of Rs. 5000/- (Rupees five thousand only) with effect from the date of constitution of District Munsif Court at Vedasandur. The Saturdays falling on 04-02-2017, 04-03-2017, 01-04-2017, 17-06-2017, 01-07-2017, 19-08-2017, 16-09-2017, 07-10-2017, 04-11-2017 and 16-12-2017 are fixed as working days for the Subordinate Courts. V. No Plaint or Petition except application for grant of Copies and for services of Execution of Process will be received by the Civil Courts during the adjournments. VI. The Office of the Copyist and Process Service Establishment will be kept open through the Vacation Holidays but no arrest warrants will be executed during the Summer Vacation Holidays. VII. The Office of the Other Department will remain closed, however arrangements will be made- (a) Furnishing the Copies and Process Service with necessary relevant original records. (b) For transmitting the records to High Court for reference in appeals and revisions. (c) For attending all administrative correspondence. (d) For receiving printing charges and plan fees and respect of copy Applications. VIII. Under Section 30 of Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act as amended by Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Act VII of 1959 if a Vacation Civil Judge is appointed for the Civil Unit of the Nilgiris District, Suits, Appeals and other proceedings or Urgent Civil Nature will be received and disposed of by him in terms and rules that may be framed in this regard if not they should be presented before the Honourable High Court of Madras. IX. Urgent applications for grant of Bail should be made to the Hon’ble High Court of Madras, if no Vacation Sessions Judge is appointed or in the absence of Sessions Judge, from the Division during the above adjournments.
