In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (3) of Section 16 of the code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, (Central Act 2 of 1974), the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai hereby authorizes the Fast Track Court at Magisterial Level-I, Egmore at Allikulam Complex, Chennal-03, which was constituted in G.O.Ms.No.1320, Home (Cts-I) Department, dated 11-09-2007, to exercise the jurisdiction over the local limits over which, the Metropolitan Magistrate No.II, X, XIII was hitherto exercising jurisdiction in respect of Criminal cases arising under Section 138 of the Negotiable Act, and all other Metropolitan Magistrates exercising jurisdiction within the said local limits shall cease to have jurisdiction to deal with the cases arising under Section 138 of N.I Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette. VARIATIONS In the said Master Plan, in the “LAND USE SCHEDULE” under the heading “COIMBATORE LOCAL PLANNING AREA” other than (COIMBATORE CORPORATION AREA) under the sub-heading (a) Notified Detailed Development Plan Area in No. 17(c) Vellalore Village. (i) Against the entry “INDUSTRIAL” for the expression “535 the expression 535” (except 535/1, 2, 3A) shall be substituted.
