In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of Section 33 of Town and Country Planning Act 1971.
(Act No.35 of 1972) the Commissioner of Town and Country Planning, in the Proceedings Roc No.21933/2017/ DP2,
dated:13-12-2017 proposes to make the following individual draft variation for conversion of Public purpose use
into Commercial use in S.No:5/1B1A2A part (Ward-N, Block-26, T.S.No:30) in Extent:788.0 Sq.m of Bodinaickenpatti
Village, Salem Corporation to the approved Suramangalam. Detailed Development Plan No: 1, Salem Local Planning
Area approved by the Commissioner of Town and Country Planning’s proceedings Roc.No.19470/2008/
DP-1, dated:20-04-2009 and the fact of this approval in Form No:12 published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette
No:02 Part VI-Sec-1 page No.12&13, dated:13-01-2010 Publication No. VI(1)/22/2010 and Errata issued No.13,
Part-VI, Sec-1, page No.100, dated:07-04-2010.
2. Any person affected or interested in this draft variation may within SIXTY DAYS from the date of publication of this
notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, can represent in person or submit in writing to the Member Secretary,
Salem Local Planning Authority any objections and suggestion relating there to.
3. The Variation with plan may be inspected free of cost at any time during office hours at the above said Local
Planning Authority Office.
VARIATION
1. Wherever the expression “MAP No:4 & 5 DDP (SR) / DTCP No: 11/2009 occurs the expression DDP (V) / DTCP
No: 08/2017 shall be added at the end and to be read with.
2. In sehedule-IV (Form No:7) the against, in Sl.No-20 in column 4 the Figure ”1210 sq.m” shall be deleted and the
figure “422 sq.m” shall be substituted.

Notice is hereby given that the Civil and Sessions Courts in the District of Madurai will remain closed for
Annual Summer Vacation for 2018 as follows: -
1. The District and Sessions Court, Madurai, the Courts of Subordinate Judges/Assistant Sessions Judges of Madurai
and the Courts of District Munsif’s, Madurai Town, Madurai Taluk at Madurai, Thirumangalam and Melur will remain
closed from Tuesday, the 1st May, 2018 to Sunday, the 3rd day of June, 2018. They shall re-open on Monday, the
4th June 2018 after Summer Vacation.
2. The Office of the Part-Time Official Receiver, Madurai will remain open throughout the Summer Vacation.
3. (i) No plaints or petitions except applications for grant of copies and for service and execution of process will
ordinarily be received during the Vacation.
(ii) In case of Vacation Civil Judge is appointed by the Government for this District, urgent plaints, Appeals and
petitions in the Civil cases alone will be received and disposed of by him in exercise of powers vested in him under
Section 30 of Central Act III of 1873 as amended by the Tamil Nadu Act XVII of 1950.
4. The Office of the Copyists, Process Service Establishment will be kept open throughout the Vacation, but no arrest

5. The Office of other Section will remain closed. Arrangements will however be made.
(i) For transmission of records in appeals, etc. to the High Court.
(ii) For attending to all administrative correspondences.
(iii) For furnishing the Copyists and Process Service Establishment with necessary records and original orders and
(iv) For receiving printing charges and plan copying fees, etc., deposited into Court in respect of Copy
Applications.
6. Urgent applications for bail during the absence of the Sessions Judge from Madurai Division during the Vacation
should be made to Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, if no Vacation Sessions Judge is appointed for
Madurai Sessions Division.
7. DUSSERA HOLIDAYS: -The District and Sessions Court, Madurai, the Courts of Subordinate Judges/Assistant
Sessions Judges of Madurai and the Courts of District Munsifs, Madurai Town, Madurai Taluk at Madurai, Tirumangalam
and Melur will remain closed from Saturday, the 13th day of October 2018 to Sunday, the 21st day of October 2018.
8. CHIRSTMAS HOLIDAYS: -The District and Sessions Court, Madurai, the Courts of Subordinate Judges/Assistant
Sessions Judges of Madurai and the Courts of District Munsifs, Madurai Town, Madurai Taluk at Madurai, Tirumangalam
and Melur will remain closed from Saturday, the 22nd day of December 2018 to Monday, the 31st December 2018.
The following Saturdays are working days:

Memorandum Roc. No. 88492/2017/C3, dated 04-12-2017 it is hereby notified that the Civil and Sessions Courts in
Tiruvarur District will be closed for Summer Vacation during the year 2018 as hereunder and the following days are
declared as holidays for Subordinate Civil and Sessions Courts of Tiruvarur District during the year 2018.
SUMMER VACATION 2018
The Courts of Principal District and Sessions Judge of Tiruvarur, the Courts of the Subordinate Judges / Assistant
Sessions Judges, Tiruvarur & Mannargudi, the Courts of District Munsif, Tiruvarur, Mannargudi & Tiruthuraipoondi, the
Courts of District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrates, Nannilam, Needamangalam & Valangaiman (Civil side only) will be
closed from Tuesday the 1st day of May, 2018 to Sunday, the 3rd day of June 2018 (both days inclusive).
The Principal District and Sessions Court, Tiruvarur and Subordinate Judge’s Court, Tiruvarur & Mannargudi, District
Munsif Courts and District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Courts (Civil unit only) in this District shall reopen on the
4th day of June 2018.
The Office of the Part-time Official Receiver, Tiruvarur will remain open throughout the summer vacation.
No plaints, or petition except applications for grant of copies and for service and execution of Process will be received
during the above holidays.

Notice is hereby given that the Civil and Sessions Courts, in Cuddalore District will be adjourned for Summer Vacation
during the year 2018 as follows:-
SUMMER VACATION
District Court, Sub-Courts and District Munsif Court Tuesday, the 1st day of May, 2018 to
Sunday, the 3rd day of June, 2018.
(both days inclusive)
DUSSERA HOLIDAYS
Saturday, the 13th day of October, 2018 to Sunday, the 21st day of October, 2018 (both days inclusive)
CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY
Saturday, the 22nd day of December, 2018 to Monday, the 31st day of December 2018 (both days inclusive)
All Saturdays and Sundays except those Saturday which are fixed as working days in 2018.
The Office of the Part-Time Official Receiver, Cuddalore District, Cuddalore will remain open throughout the Vacation.
No plaints or petitions except applications for grant of copies and for service of an execution of processes will be
received by the Courts during the Vacation.
The Copyist and Process Service Establishment
Will be kept open through the vacation. But no arrestt warrant will executed during the vacation.
The Offices of the other section will remain closed and arrangements will however be made in respect of the following
items.
1. For transmitting records in Appeal etc., to the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature, Madras.
2. For all administrative correspondence.
3. Furnishing necessary office records to the Copyists and Process Service Establishment for preparation of
certified copies and for preparation of procssses respectively.
4. Urgent applications for Bail during the Sessions Judge absence from the Division during the Summer
vacation should be made to the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature Madras.
VACATION CIVIL COURTS
The Vacation Civil Judges appointed will attend the disposal of urgent civil work during the summer vacation.
