Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act 1983 (Act 30 of 1983), the affairs of the Tamil Nadu Special Police Women
Socks and Hose Tops Knitting Cottage Industrial Co-operative Society Ltd.” Ind. No.724, Tiruvallur District have been
ordered to be wound up with immediate effect by the Additional Commissioner of Industries and Commerce/Registrar
of Co-operative Societies (Industrial Co-operatives), Chennai vide Proc.No. 24768/ICC/2023-1 dated 16.02.2024.
Under Section 138(1) of the same Act, the Assistant Director (lndl. Co-ops.), District Industries Centre, Tiruvallur

under sub-section (3) of section 33 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35

Variation to the Review Approved Master Plan of Kumbakonam Local Planning Area

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning
Act 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following variations to the
Review approved Master Plan of Kumbakonam Local Planning area under the said Act and issued in G.O.No.184
Housing and Urban Development Department dated 24.5.2005 and published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette
No. 25, Part II—Section 2, Page No. 290 dated 29.6.2005
Variation
In the said Master Plan in "LAND USE SCHEDULE" in V.No.105 SOLANMALIGAI village under the heading
Agriculture use zone and Mixed Residential use zone the following entries should be made.
2. Against the entry of Mixed Residential use zone (MR2) S.F.No. 53/3A, 55/3B, 58/1A, 58/1B1A1 and shall be
added 230 part and 231 part.
3. Against the entry of Agriculture (AGD-3) use zone deleted, and the expression 48 to 63 (48 to 54, 55pt, 56,
57, 58pt, 59 to 63) shall be substituted.

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country
Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972), and exercise of powers confirmed by the G.O.Ms. No.94
Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in the
Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27 Part II–Section 2, dated 15.07.2009.
2. Land use zone conversion from Agricultural use zone into Residential use zone ordered in G.O.No.42
Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department dated 08.02.2024 The following variations are made
to the Approved Master Plan of Madurai Local Planning Authority under the said act and published in the
G.O.Ms. No.122 Housing and Urban Development [UD4], Department dated 06.02.1995 and Published in the
Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.7. Part II—Section 2, Page 190-191 dated 22.02.1995.
Variation
In the said Master Plan in Part II “LAND USE SCHEDULE” in Milakarani Village of Madurai North Taluk and
Madurai District under the heading VI Agricultural use zone to I Residential use zone the following entries Should be
Made.
Against the entry VI Agricultural use zone Milakarani Village S.No. 89/5A2, 89/5C1, 89/5C2, 89/7A1 shall be deleted.
Against the entry ‘I ‘Residential use zone Milakarani Village S.No. 89/5A2, 89/5C1, 89/5C2, 89/7A1 shall be added.
