Use Zone is ordered vide G.O. (2Pa) No: 19, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(CLU-1] Department dated:

2) In exercise of powers conferred vide G.O(MS) No : 102, Housing and Urban Development
[UD4(L.Re-(1)] Department dated : 18.08.2021, the following variations are made to the Master Plan of
Karur Local Planning Authority which was Review approved under the said Act in G.O.Ms. No. 237, Housing and
Urban Development [UD4(2)] Department dated: 01.11.2010 and in Notification No: II(2)HOU/700/2010 at
page No. 815, of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated: 24.11.2010.
Variation
In the said Review Approved Karur Master Plan, in the land use schedule, under the heading Agricultural
Use Zone in Andankovil East Village at Page No : 94, regarding S.F.Nos: 155, 156, the following entries should
be made;
1. Under the sub heading use zone in the S.F.Nos against the entry Residential (MR).
S.F. Nos.155/2,156/1B5,156/1B1A shall be inserted before the expression 288.
2. Under the sub heading Use Zone, in the S.F.No. against the entry Agricultural Andankovil East Village,
the expression 155 to 157 shall be deleted and all sub divisions of 155 except 155/2. All the sub division of
156 except 156/1B5, 156/1B1A, 157 Shall be substituted.

Variations to the Review Approved Tiruppur Master Plan for the Tiruppur Local Planning Area.

1. In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (4) of section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town
and Country Planning Act 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and exercise of powers confirmed by the
G.O.Ms.No.94 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department dated 12.6.2009 which has been published
in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 27, Part II—Section 2 dated 15.07.2009
2. Land use zone conversion from Agricultural use zone and General Industries use into Educational use
zone ordered in G.O(2D) No.293 Housing and Urban Development [UD.4(CLU-1)] Department dated 15.11.2023.
The following variations are made to the Master Plan of Review Approved Tiruppur Local Planning Authority under
the said act and published in the G.O.Ms.No.280 Housing and Urban Development [UDIV(2)] dated 27.10.2006
notification No. II(2)/HOU/573/2006 at page 375 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette
dated the 22nd November 2006.
Draft Variations
In the Review Approved Tiruppur Master Plan under the heading permitted Land use in various survey
numbers of Tiruppur Local Planning Area under heading in PUDHU PALAYAM VILLAGE page S-35, the following
entries should be made.
(I) Against the entry of "AGRICULTURAL USE (AG)" the expression 479/2 shall be deleted and 479 part
(except 479/2A2,479/2B) shall be inserted.
(II) Against the entry of "General Industries (GI)" the expression 485 to 487, 488/1, 489/1. 490/1. 491/1,
499 to 505 shall be deleted and 485 to 486. 487 part (except 487/2), 488/1 part (except 488/1B),
490/1 part (except 490/1A1. 490/1B1, 490/1C2, 490/1E2), 491/1 part (except 491/1C2B), 499, 500
part (except 500/2A1), 501part (except 501/2), 502, 503part (except 503/2B), 504 to 505 shall be
inserted.
(Ill) Against the EDUCATIONAL USE (E)" the expression NIL shall be deleted and the expression
479/2A2, 479/2B, 487/2, 488/1B, 489/1, 490/1A1, 490/1B1, 490/1C2, 490/1E2, 491/1C2B, 500/2A1,
501/2, 503/2B shall be added.

are made to the Review Master Plan for the Tiruchirappalli Local Planning area approved under the said act and
published in the Housing and Urban Development Department notification No. II(2)/HOU/453/2009 at Page No. 319
of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 2nd September 2009.

the said Act and published in the Housing and Urban Development Department. Notification No. ll(2)/Hou/611/2001,
at Page No. 308 of Part II—Section 2, of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Dated the 15th August 2001.
Variations
In the Said Modified Master Plan in the 'Land Use Schedule' in (Village No.61) Silapadi Village under the
heading Agricultural use zone and Residential use zone the following entries shall be made.
1) Under heading "Residential Use":- Add the entry S.F.No. 688/5, 711/2B1G, 4B, 5A3, 5B, shall be Added.
2) Under Agriculture Use:- Against the entry S.F.No. 687 to 694 and 711 to 713 shall be Deleted the
Expression S.F.No. 687 to 694 and 711 to 713 (except 688/5, 711/2B1G, 4B, 5A3, 5B) shall be substituted.
