New Delhi, the 18th June, 2020
S.O. 1978(E).—In pursuance of clause (a) of section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines
(Acquisition of Right of user in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the central Government hereby Authorizes
Tehsildar- Hisar, Government of Haryana to perform the functions of Competent Authority for extension of
HPCL’s Ramanmandi-Bahadurgarh Pipeline from IPS,Barwala to Hisar New Depot under the said act,
within the territory of Haryana in place of Sh. Vinay Chaudhary authorized vide notification number S.O.
3333(E) dated 3rd July, 2018. This is effective from the date of notification.
