NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 18th June, 2020
S.O. 2045(E).—In pursuance of clause (a) of Section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines
(Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), (hereinafter called the said Act), the Government of
India hereby authorizes Shri Pradip Acharjee, Joint Secretary, Revenue Department & RRDM, Government of
Tripura vice Shri Ranjit Das, Deputy Collector and Settlement Officer, Government of Tripura to perform the
functions of Competent Authority on additional charge basis under the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition
of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 for North – East Natural Gas Pipeline Grid Project of M/s Indradhanush Gas Grid
Limited in the State of Tripura.
2. This notification will be effective from the date of its issue.
