NOTIFICATION (25/2020) In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 168A of the Karnataka Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Karnataka Act 27 of 2017), the Government of Karnataka, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendment in the Government of Karnataka Notification (17/2020) No. FD 03 CSL 2020 dated 20.04.2020 dated the 20th April, 2020, published in the Karnataka Gazette, Extraordinary, Part IVA, No.140, dated the 20th April, 2020, namely:- In the said notification, in the first paragraph, in clause (i),-- (i) for the words, figures and letters “29th day of June, 2020”, the words, figures and letters “30th day of August, 2020” shall be substituted; (ii) for the words, figures and letters “30th day of June, 2020”, the words, figures and letters “31st day of August, 2020” shall be substituted.
