The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, vide circular no RW/NH-
33032/01/2017-S&R(R) dated 26.06.2020 and its subsequent amendments, has issued
Guidelines / norms regarding grant of permission for construction of access to Fuel Stations,
Wayside Amenities, Connecting Roads, Other Properties, Rest Area Complexes and other
such facilities.
2. With the approval of the Competent Authority, following revised delegation of power
for extension of validity of In-principle Approval/ Provisional NOC of access permission is
hereby conveyed in supersession of the existing circular no. RW/NH-33032/01/2017- S&R
(R) dated 02.09.2021 and circular of even number dated 28.07.2023:
