परीक्षण संख्या-96/2006 में भाग्द०वि० की धारा-395, 442 के अन्तर्गत Alo न््यायात्रय, अपर जिला एवं
सत्र न्यायाधीश, कक्ष सं०-04, हाथरस के दण्डादेश दिनांक 08.07.2022 cant 07 वर्ष के कारावास से
दण्डित किया गया, जिसकी अपील Alo उच्च न्यायात्रय, इलाहाबाद में ल्रम्बित है, महिला बन्दी द्वारा दिनांक
3.07.2023 तक अपरिहार 04 वर्ष, 0। माह, 2। दिन तथा 04 वर्ष, 04 माह, 08 दिन की सपरिहार सजा
भोगी गयी है, संतोषजनक जेल आचरण के दृष्टिगत शेष सजा का परिहार करते है तथा यह आदेश देते हैं
कि यदि उक्त बंदी को किसी अन्य वाद A निरूद्ध रखा जाना वांछित न हो तो उसे अपनी शेष दण्डावधि में
शान्ति व्यवस्था बनाये रखने के लिये जिला मजिस्ट्रेट, एटा के संतोषानुसार दो जमानतें तथा उतनी ही
धनराशि का एक निजी मुचलका प्रस्तुत करने पर बन्दी को कारागार से मुक्त कर दिया जाय।
