Subject: Anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of Ammonium Nitrate, originating in or exported
from Russia, Indonesia, Georgia and Iran.—reg.
F. No. 14/1/2016-DGAD.—Having regard to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 as amended from time to
time and the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-dumping Duty on Dumped
Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995 thereof, as amended from time to time, the Designated
Authority has notified the Final Findings in the anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of Ammonium
Nitrate originating in or exported from Russia, Indonesia, Georgia and Iran vide Notification No. 14/1/2016-DGAD
dated August 1, 2017.
2. In partial modification of the above mentioned Notification, Sl. No. 1 in the Duty Table is modified and shall be
