Terephthalate" originating in or exported from China PR. reg.
F. No. 6/24/2019-DGTR.—Having regard to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, as amended from time to
time and the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-Dumping Duty on Dumped
Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995, as amended from time to time, thereof, the Designated
Authority has issued the Initiation Notification No. 6/24/2019-DGTR dated 1st October, 2019, in respect of
the above Anti-Dumping Investigation.
In para 12 of the said Notification, the word “September” should be read as “October”. Accordingly,
the period of Investigation will read as 1st October, 2018 to 30th June, 2019 (9 months).
