CORRIGENDUM NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 31st May, 2019
Subject: Final Finding issued in anti-dumping duty investigation concerning imports of
Textured Tempered Coated and Uncoated Glass, originating in or exported from
Malaysia.
F. No. 6/45/2017-DGAD.—Having regard to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, as
amended from time to time and the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and
Collection of Anti-Dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury)
Rules, 1995, as amended from time to time, thereof, the Designated Authority has issued the
Final Finding, vide notification No. 6/45/2017-DGAD dated 17.1.2019, in respect of subject
Anti-dumping investigation.
i. The name of the producer at serial no.1 in Column no. 6 in para 95 of the aforesaid
Final Finding duty table is corrected to read as ‘Xinyi Solar (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd.’
instead of ‘Xinyi Solar Sdn. Bhd., Malaysia’.
ii. The name of producer in serial no. 2 column no. 6 in para 95 of the aforesaid Final
Finding duty table is corrected to read as ‘Any producer other than Xinyi Solar
(Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd.’ instead of ‘Any producer other than Xinyi Solar Sdn. Bdh.,
Malaysia’.
