Constitution of a District and Sessions Court at Tirupathur
conferred by Section 5 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act,
by converting existing Additional District Court, Tirupathur
1873 (Central Act III of 1873), the Governor of Tamil Nadu,
and constitution of a District and Sessions Court at
