Ms. No. 55, Home, Prohibition and Excise (III), 29th December 2021, No. II(1)/HOPE/2/2022.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 18-B of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act, 1937 (Tamil Nadu Act X of 1937), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendments to the Prohibition and Excise Department Notification No.II(1)/PE/239(d)/81, published at page 2 of Part II—Section 1 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary, dated the 1st May 1981, as subsequently amended :- A(cid:3477)(cid:3469)(cid:3478)(cid:3468)(cid:3477)(cid:3469)(cid:3478)(cid:3484)(cid:3483). In the said Notifi cation, in the Table, in the Annexure, under the entry “Indian Made Foreign Spirits (brand names of which are specifi ed in the Annexure) other than sacremental wine” in column (1 ),- (1) under the heading ''MEDIUM BRANDS'', under the sub-heading ''Thiruvalargal Midas Golden Distilleries Private Limited'', the entry ''8PM Select Blend of Indian Whisky & Scotch'' shall be omitted. (2) under the heading ''PREMIUM BRANDS'', under the sub-heading ''Thiruvalargal Midas Golden Distilleries Private Limited'', the following entries shall be omitted, namely:— ''Mc Dowell's Blue Riband Prestige Gin'', ''Crystal Romanov Vodka'', ''8PM Excellency Supreme Brandy'', ''Golden Bell Oriental Brandy'' and ''Club Class Premium Brandy''. Ms. No. 56, Home, Prohibition and Excise (III), 29th December 2021, No. II(1)/HOPE/3/2022.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 18-B of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act, 1937 (Tamil Nadu Act X of 1937), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendments to the Prohibition and Excise Department Notifi cation No.II(1)/PE/239(d)/81, published at page 2 of Part II—Section 1 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary, dated the 1st May 1981, as subsequently amended, namely:- A(cid:3477)(cid:3469)(cid:3478)(cid:3468)(cid:3477)(cid:3469)(cid:3478)(cid:3484)(cid:3483). In the said Notifi cation, in the TABLE, in the Annexure,- (i) under the heading “ORDINARY BRANDS”, under the sub-heading “Thiruvalargal Enrica Enterprises Private Limited”, after the entry “Singham XXX Rum”, the entry “Veeran Special Brandy”, shall be added; (ii) under the heading “MEDIUM BRANDS”, under the sub-heading“Thiruvalargal Enrica Enterprises Private Limited”, after the entry “Honey Bee Fine Brandy”, the entries “Junga Supreme Brandy” and “Mc Nichols Fine Brandy”, shall be added; (iii) under the heading “PREMIUM BRANDS”, under the sub-heading “Thiruvalargal Enrica Enterprises Private Limited”, after the entry “ENRICA OLD INDIE Classic Dark Rum”, the following entries shall be added, namely:- “Serenity Exclusive Whisky”; “Saint Leroy XO Brandy”; “Jigsaw Unique Gin”; “London Lady Superior Vodka”; and “The Great Indie Rum”. Ms. No. 6, Home, Prohibition and Excise (III), 4th January 2022, No. II(1)/HOPE/7/2022.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 18-B of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act,1937 (Tamil Nadu Act X of 1937), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendments to the Prohibition and Excise Department Notifi cation No.II(1)/PE/239(d)/81, published at page 2 of Part II—Section 1 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary, dated the 1st May 1981 as subsequently amended, namely:- A(cid:3477)(cid:3469)(cid:3478)(cid:3468)(cid:3477)(cid:3469)(cid:3478)(cid:3484)(cid:3483). In the said Notifi cation, in the TABLE, in the Annexure, (i) under the heading “ORDINARY BRANDS”, under the sub-heading “Thiruvalargal Empee Distilleries Limited”, after the entry “Old Secret XXX Rum”, the entry “Old Chef Deluxe Brandy”, shall be added; (ii) under the heading “MEDIUM BRANDS”, under the sub-heading “Thiruvalargal Empee Distilleries Limited”, after the entry “Power Orange Vodka”, the entry “SNJ No.1 Super Strong Brandy”, shall be added; (iii) under the heading “PREMIUM BRANDS”, under the sub-heading “Thiruvalargal Empee Distilleries Limited”, after the entry “Elcanso Premium Deluxe V.S.O.P.
