Ms. No. 41, Finance (OP-I), 22nd February 2017, Maasi 10, Thunmugi, Thiruvalluvar Aandu-2048.] No. SRO B-15/2017.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following Amendment to the Ad hoc rules published with the Finance Department Notification No. SRO B-44/2011, dated the 16th November 2011 at Pages 76 to 77 of the Part III-Section 1(b) of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated the 7th December 2011:- 2. The amendment hereby made shall be deemed to have come into force on the 26th August 2010.
