[G.O. Ms. No. 251, Health and Family Welfare (B2), 17th October 2016, Iyppasi 1, Thunmugi, Thiruvalluvar Aandu-2047.] No. SRO B-75/2016.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following Amendment to the Special Rules for the Tamil Nadu Medical Service (Section 21 in Volume II of the Tamil Nadu Services Manual 1969). The amendments hereby made may be deemed to have come into force on the date of issue of this notification. AMENDMENT In the said Special Rules in Part-II under the heading Branch I-Medical, after rule 22, the following rule shall be added, namely:- 23. Special provisions regarding service conditions of Assistant Surgeons (Dental) appointed on or after the date of this notification. (a) The appointing authority in respect of Assistant Surgeon (Dental) recruited on or after the date of issue of Notification shall be the Director of Medical and Rural Health Services. (b) The leave, posting and transfer of Assistant Surgeon (Dental) shall be made by the appointing authority. J. RADHAKRISHNAN, Principal Secretary to Government. PERSONNEL AND ADMINISTRATIVE REFORMS DEPARTMENT Amendments to the Special Rules for the Tamil Nadu Ministerial Service [G.O. Ms. No. 104, Personnel and Administrative Reforms (B), 3rd November 2016, äŠðC 18, ¶¡ºA, F¼õœÀõ˜ ݇´-2047.] No. SRO B-76/2016.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendments to the Special Rules for the Tamil Nadu Ministerial Service (Section 22 in Volume-III of the Tamil Nadu Services Manual, 1970). The amendments hereby made shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st January 1982. AMENDMENTS In the said Special Rules, in Annexure IV referred to in sub-rule (b) of rule 30, under the heading “Tests to be passed or Training to be undergone before promotion”, under the sub-heading “Public Health and Preventive Medicine Department”, for the entries in column (1) and the corresponding entries in column (2) thereof, the following entries shall, respectively, be substituted, namely:- } “1. Superintendents (i) Account Test for Subordinate Officers, Part-I; 2. Accountants (ii) Special Test on Tamil Nadu Government 3. Assistants Office Manual; and 4. Store-Keepers in the grade of Assistants (iii) Special Test on Tamil Nadu Medical Code;Nov. 23, 2016] TAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT GAZETTE 115 Provided that the passing of Special Tests in the Tamil Nadu Medical Code shall take effect from the 1st January, 1982.
