3. Expenditure of the approved amount must fully comply with the guidelines issued by Office Memorandums No. 1/2019/बी-1-170/दस-2019-231/2019 dated 22.03.2019 and 20/2019/बी-2-665/दस-2019-244(द्वितीय)/2019 dated 26.12.2019 of Finance (Income-Expenditure) Section-1 and Section-2, respectively.
4. A utilization certificate (उपयोगिता प्रमाण-पत्र) against the withdrawn amount should be made available to the government in a timely manner.
5. The approved amount will be used as per regulations for the purpose for which it has been approved.
The expenditure will be charged to the account head "5054-Roads and Bridges on Capital Expenditure-03-State Highway-337-Road Construction Work-06-Bundelkhand Expressway Project -24-Large Construction Work" of Grant No. 007 for the current financial year 2019-20.
The order is issued under the authority delegated by the Finance Department's Office Memorandum No. 1/2019/बी-1-170/दस-2019-231/2019, dated 22.03.2019.

2. उक्त के संबंध में मुझे यह कहने का निदेश हुआ है कि वित्तीय वर्ष 209-20 के मूल बजट
एवं प्रथम/द्वितीय अनुपूरक मांग के माध्यम से बुन्देलखण्ड एक्सप्रेसवे परियोजना हेतु अनुदान
संख्या-007 के लेखाशीर्षक ''5054-सड़कों तथा सेतुओं पर पूंजीगत परिव्यय-03-राज्य राजमार्ग-337-
सड़क निर्माण कार्य-06-बुन्देलखण्ड एक्सप्रेस-वे परियोजना- 24-वृह्वद निर्माण ares अन्तर्गत
प्राविधानित अवशेष धनराशि रू0 247.46 करोड़ में से धनराशि रू0 23.44 करोड (रूपये तेइस
करोड Satta लाख मात्र) निम्नलिखित शर्तों एवं प्रतिबन्धों के अधीन निर्गत किये जाने की
स्वीकृति प्रदान की जाती हैं:-
