The “Free” Import Policy of Tur/Pigeon Peas (Cajanus Cajan) (ITC(HS) 0713 60 00) and Urad [Beans of the SPP Vigna Mungo (L.) Hepper] (ITC(HS) 0713 3110) shall stand extended up to 31.03.2022. 2. For import of the above-mentioned two items, the Bill of Lading/Lorry Receipt should be issued on or before 31.03.2022. The import of such consignments may be cleared given that the „Out of charge‟ has been authorised by the Customs Authorities on or before 30.06.2022. Effect of the Notification: Import policy for Urad and Tur shall remain unchanged. The Import Policy is „Free‟ for consignments with Bill of Lading/Lorry Receipt dated on or before 31.03.2022.
