In accordance with the order dated 27.08.2015 of Honble Supreme Court, the Central Government hereby notifies that rate of fee shall be half of the rate of fee given in the schedule of Notification
This notification, S.O. 3114(E), issued by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways on November 12, 2015, announces a reduction in toll fees. In accordance with a Supreme Court order dated August 27, 2015, the toll fee rates will be half of those specified in Notification S.O. 641(E) dated March 2, 2015. This reduction will remain in effect until the road is satisfactorily repaired. The revised fee structure per vehicle per trip is as follows: Car, Jeep, Van, or Light Motor Vehicle: Rs. 5; Light Commercial Vehicle, Light Goods Vehicle, or Mini Bus: Rs. 10; Bus or Truck (Two Axles): Rs. 15; Three-axle commercial vehicles: Rs. 15; Heavy Construction Machinery (HCM) or Earth Moving Equipment (EME) or Multi Axle Vehicle (MAV) four to six axles: Rs 35; and Oversized Vehicles (seven or more axles): Rs. 35.
