New Delhi, the 2nd April, 2026
S.O. 1713(E).— In continuation of this Ministry’s Notification No. [S.O. 2666(E), dated 20th
November, 2017] constituting the Central Advisory Council under the Real Estate (Regulation and
Development) Act, 2016 (16 of 2016) (hereinafter referred to as the Act) and Notification No. [S.O. 3184(E),
dated 13th July, 2022], the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of
section 41 of the said Act, hereby reconstitutes the Council to the extent that the members at Serial Numbers[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3
12 to 21 in the said Council shall stand rotated with effect from the date of publication of this Notification in
the Official Gazette, namely:-,
In the aforesaid notification No. [S.O. 3184(E), dated 13th July, 2022], for serial number 12 to 21 of
the Table and the entry relating thereto, the following serial number and entry shall be substituted namely: -
