S.O. 2505(E).—In exercise of power conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3(D) of the National
Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government hereby
make the following amendments in the notification of Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport
and Highways number S.O. 830(E), dated 15th March, 2017, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary,
Part II , section 3, Sub-section (ii) namely.
In English version of the Schedule, at Page No. 25, the word “Dakshina Kannada” under column
No. 1 shall be read under column No. “2”, the word “Mudabidri” under column No. 2 shall be read in column
No. 3 and the word “Thodaru” under Column No. 3, shall be treated as deleted.
At page No. 29, at column No. 2 against Survey No. 29/1, the name of the District “Dakshina
Kannada”, and in column No. 3 the name of taluk “Mudabidri” and in Column No. 4 name of village
“Thodaru” may be inserted.
