S.O. 1822(E).—In exercise of power conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3(D) of the National Highways
Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government hereby make the following
amendments in the notification of Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways number
S.O. 1089(E), dated 06thApril, 2017, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii)
namely.
In the said Notification: In Hindi version of the Schedule in the Ist line, the word “Nanded” may be read as “Latur”.
