NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 2nd June, 2017
S.O. 1907(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of National
Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments
in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road, Transport and Highways
(Department of Road, Transport and Highways) number S.O. 2384(E) Dated 4th July 2016, published
in the Gazette of India Extraordinary, Part-II, Section-3, sub section(ii) dated the 13th July 2016
namely:—
In the Schedule to the said notification, against competent authority relating to Joint
Collector, Chittoor, against stretch of land relating to 3/800, against the District relating to Chittoor,
against taluk relating to Chittoor, against Police station relating to Chittoor, against name of village
Kattamanchi shall be included.
In the Schedule to the said notification, against competent authority relating to Joint
Collector, Chittoor, against stretch of land relating to 7/800, against the District relating to Chittoor,
against taluk Penumuru shall be included, against Police station Penumuru shall be included, against
name of village Kalavagunta shall be included.
In the Schedule to the said notification, against competent authority relating to Joint
Collector, Chittoor, against stretch of land relating to 12/600, against the District relating to Chittoor,
against taluk relating to Puthalapattu, against Police station relating to Puthalapattu, against name of
village Mutirevula shall be included.
In the Schedule to the said notification, against competent authority relating to Joint
