S.O. 2620(E).— In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of National Highways Act, 1956
(48 of 1956), The Central Government here by makes the following amendments in the Notification of the
Government of India, Ministry of Road Transport and Highways number S.O.3995 (E) dated 05.11.2019, published
in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary Part-II, Section-3, Sub-Section (ii) dated the 05.11.2019 namely:-
In the schedule to the said Notification:-
Against Serial No.1 relating to Chittoor District for Puthalapattu Mandal and against name of village in place
(1) Tenepalle, the village namely Muthirevula shall be included.
Against Serial No.1 relating to Chittoor District for Puthalapattu Mandal and against name of village in place
of (4) Vavilthota, the village namely Peta Agraharam shall be included.
Foot Note:The Principal Notification vide S.O.3995 ( E ) date 05.11.2019, was published in the Gazette of India,
Extra Ordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-Section (ii) dated the 05.11.2019.
After detailed land survey in field, it is found Land Aquisition is required in Muthirevula and Peta agraharam in place
of vavilthota and thenepalle.
