NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 7th December, 2018
S.O. 6097(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of National Highways Act, 1956
(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the Joint Collector, Anantapur as the competent authority to
perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in
the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land from Km.130/400 to 137/500 of the National Highway No. 42 for
building (widening / four laning etc.,) maintenance, management and operation in the state of Andhra Pradesh as
specified in the schedule given below.
