RW/NH-12014/26/2017-AP/Zone-III] राजेश गु(cid:3) ता, उप सिचव MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAWS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 10th December, 2018 S.O. 6128(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the Joint Collector, Anantapuramu as the competent authorities to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land from Km.97/410 to Km.103/300 of the National Highway No.42 for building (widening / four-laning etc.,) maintenance. management and operation in the State of Andhra Pradesh as specified in the Schedule given below. SCHEDULE Acquisition of land in respect of National Highway No. 42 in the State of ANDHRA PRADESH on the stretch from Km. 97/410 to Km.103/300 (Bathalapalli Bypass road length : 5.890 Km). Sl.
