NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 5th October, 2015
S.O. 2719(E).–In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956
(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of
India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways S.O. 1197 (E) dated 28th April, 2015, published in the Gazette of
India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-Section (ii), dated the 6th May, 2015.
In the Schedule to the said Notification,
(a) Against Serial No.01 relating to District “Anantapuramu”, Taluk/Mandal “Mudigubba” in the 4th column
police station after entry of ‘(01) Mudigubba” the following entry “Patnam” and in the 5th column name of
the village, the following entries “Sanevaripalli, Mulakavemula, Nagareddy pally” shall be inserted.
(b) Against Serial No.09 relating to District “Anantapuramu”, Taluk/Mandal “Kadiri” and police station
“Patnam” in the 5th column name of the village “(09) Yerradoddi cross” shall be deleted and the following
entry “ Yerradoddi” shall be inserted
(c) Against Serial No.10 relating to District “Anantapuramu”, Taluk/Mandal “Kadiri” and police station
“Kadiri” in the 5th column name of the village after entry of “(10) Kutaggulla” the following entries “
Saidapuram, Kadiri” shall be inserted.
(d) Against Serial No.14 relating to District “Anantapuramu”, Taluk/Mandal “Nallacheruvu” and police station
“Nallacheruvu” in the 5th column name of the village “(14) Jogannapalli” shall be deleted and the following
entries “Allugundu, Jogannapeta, Malakalapalli, Thalamarlavandlapalli” shall be inserted.
(e) Against Serial No.22 relating to District “Anantapuramu”, Taluk/Mandal “Tanakallu” and police station
“Tanakallu” in the 5th column name of the village “(22) Thanakallu” shall be deleted and the following
entries “Tanakallu, Balasamudram, Tavalam” shall be inserted.
