In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways S.O. 1249(E) dated 1st May, 2015
This notification, S.O. 2718(E), issued by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways on October 5, 2015, announces amendments to notification S.O. 1249(E) dated May 1, 2015, concerning land acquisition for national highway projects. The amendments, made under Section 3(a) of the National Highways Act, 1956, relate to specific village entries within the district of Anantapuramu. Specifically:

S.O. 2718(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956
(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of
India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways S.O. 1249(E) dated 1st May, 2015, published in the Gazette of
India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-Section (ii), dated the 11th May, 2015.
In the Schedule to the said Notification,—
(a) Against Serial No.01 relating to district “Anantapuramu”, Taluk/Mandal “Vidapanakal” and police
station “Vidapanakal” in the 5th column name of the village after entry “(1) Vidapanakal” the
following entry “Velpumadugu” shall be inserted.
(b) Against Serial No.05 relating to district “Anantapuramu”, Taluk/Mandal “Uravakonda” and police
station “Uravakonda” in the 5th column name of the village “(5) Mustoor” shall be deleted and the
following entries “ Lattavaram , Chinna Mushturu, Pedda Mushturu” shall be inserted.
(c) Against Serial No.10 relating to district “Anantapuramu”, Taluk/Mandal “Kuderu” and police station
“Kuderu” in the 5th column name of the village “(10) Udipirikonda” shall be deleted and the
following entries “Udiripikonda, Ipperu” shall be inserted.
